This quality guarantee has been developed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union's consumer rights protection requirements.
Product quality
- All products are visually inspected before shipping.
- Products are stored and transported under appropriate temperature and hygiene conditions.
- Product traceability and compliance with labeling requirements is ensured.
Claims about quality
If the Customer finds that the delivered product does not meet the quality requirements, is damaged or does not match the order, the Customer is obliged to inform about this TakeBerry.lv within 24 hours after receiving the order.
The claim must be sent to e-mail takeberry@malela.lv, indicating:
- order number,
- description of the problem,
- product photo.
Solutions
When evaluating the claim, TakeBerry.lv is entitled to offer one of the following solutions:
- refund of the amount paid,
- product replacement,
- partial compensation or discount for the next order.
Warranty limitations
The quality guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper storage, inappropriate use or natural wear and tear after delivery.
