QUALITY GUARANTEE
TakeBerry.lv is committed to providing high-quality, safe and fresh food products. We carefully select suppliers and control product flow to ensure that each order meets quality and food safety requirements.
This quality guarantee has been developed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the consumer protection requirements of the European Union.
Product quality
- All products are visually inspected before shipment.
- Products are stored and transported under appropriate temperature and hygiene conditions.
- Product traceability and compliance with labeling requirements are ensured.
Quality claims
If the Customer finds that the delivered product does not meet the quality requirements, is damaged or does not match the order, the Customer is obliged to inform TakeBerry.lv Within 24 hours after receiving the order.
The claim must be sent to e-mail takeberry@malela.lv, indicating:
- order number,
- description of the problem,
- product photo.
Solutions
When evaluating the claim, TakeBerry.lv is entitled to offer one of the following solutions:
- refund of the amount paid,
- product replacement,
- partial refund or discount for your next order.
Warranty limitations
The quality guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper storage, improper use, or natural wear and tear after delivery.
